Love quillows! Love love love them!
The ones you made are so cool.
I have some denim that goes with a periwinkle fabic I got for another purpose. I may have to turn that into a quillow!
Thanks for showing yours and giving me some inspiration!!!!

Wonderful gifts from Grandma. I'm sure your grandkids will treasure them. I get a real kick out of the chocolate lab with the Hersheys fabric border! lol

Thank you everyone , for looking and your great comments. When the kids get into the teen years , it is harder to please them. But yes, I think they were all happy with these. The one with the Lab --they had a chocolate lab named Hershey. that my son had to put to sleep because of her health. And that GD asked for a puppy quillo.

Oh, that makes it even more special to GD, I'll bet (typing this with tears running down my face).

Just spoke to my son on the phone. He said Benny has been carrying his around the house all day. And Tasha (with the dog one) wanted to sleep with hers last nite, but asked her Dad if he knew how to fold it back up , first. I made 2 for my son a few years ago , and everyone was using his. He said the kids really like them and I did a good job this year for presents.

That quilt reminded me of my chocolate lab girlie, also named Hershey. She was a wonderful dog! I'm sorry for your grandchildren's loss of their Hershey

Ohhhh, you can see how much they totally love them!! Wonderful job on them!! :)
I think they're called 'quillows' because they're a quilt and pillow in one. The quilt folds up, and fits into a envelope, making it like a pillow. ~ I just seen one once, never made one -yet. :)
