    Our DGD was here to spend this week with us. She wanted a new quilt for her bed so we sewed. It was a fun time, but sometimes fustrating trying to get her to realize that the 1/4" seam is important. She is 12 yrs old.

    Great quilt! Yes, little things can make a BIG difference. Quilters learn this early on!!! :lol:

    Perfect quilt for a 12 yo. I sew with my GD and I have a hard time with the 1/4 inch too. She will get it.

    Granny, I had a hard time learning the quarter inch when I started quilting!! lol
    So different from garment making!

    That's Great.... not bad at all for 12 yrs. I'm way older than that and don't care for 1/4 seams ! :)
