After making a wall hanging and giving it away DH kept telling me he REALLY liked the wall hanging and wanted a queen size quilt from the same fabric.

After some searching and great quilters here that had the fabric I needed here is the quilt top done.

First pic is of the wall hanging he wished I had not given away. (But the recipient really loves it).

Next pic is of the queen/king size top done.

Will get it onto the "Abby" the longarm next week for some custom longarm work.

Oh, and I designed them both. :)

Wall hanging that started it all for the quilt

The dark green pine code fabric doesn't show up very well. I had it pinned in front of the window and the light was coming through. :(

I'll bet he is happier with the quilt but both are really well thought out and look wonderful.

Which I had time and talent to design a quilt like this beautiful one you just did. I am making one for a cancer friend who loves to hunt. The one I am making does not look as good as yours. LOL.... :-)

You did a great job. I never thought of doing that with my bear fabric-thanks for the idea!
