Default Quilt du Nord

The center pictures were accumulated over the past years. They were in a Quilt Minnesota packet in earlier years. The pattern is an adaptation of the pattern "Cabin Tracks" that I constructed in the past.
We had a family 'name that quilt' contest, and Quilt du Nord was the winning name. It is a French phrase that means Star of the North, and the motto of the state of Minnesota.

That's a very nice quilt. I like the piano key sashing & border.

Pretty! Your sashing and borders are perfect complements to the fussy cut blocks.

Very pretty quilt. Love the piano key border-one of my favorite borders to put on quilts.

Looks like a perfect quilt to keep you warm on those winter nights. Love the sashing strips and how they set the blocks.
