Quilt gone missing ...

There is hope. We had a big box mailed after Christmas going to Baltimore area and it took 3 weeks b/4 it showed up. If insured, you can track it with the ins. numbers at your Post Office. We tried tracking it ouselves online but it wouldn't work. Good Luck......it is a gorgeous quilt!!

So sorry that this has happened to you, hope it turns up ok. No matter if it was insured or not, no amount of money can replace the time and effort you put into this quilt. I agree with the previous posters. I too receive packages by my door whether I am home or not, sometimes under the carport or by the front entrance, that has no shelter. If it were to rain, the package would get soaked or worse, stolen.

I hope it turns up.
I'm always afraid when I ship a quilt so I always put the address information inside the box with note. I've never lost one yet but I hope if I do who ever gets it would contact me. I always insure my quilts when I mail them too incase I ever have to replace it.
