Default Quilt for our new grandson Dylan

This was the first quilt I ever made. I fell in love with the pattern since I'm a sailor. I made it in aqua because I didn't know if we were having a boy or a girl at the time I started it. I figured that girls liked sailboats too - I sure do. I backed it with champagne-colored Minky. My LAQ used a wave pattern for the quilting. I had her go over the applique with the quilting because I wanted it sturdy enough for many washings. The pattern was a Bunny Hill Baby pattern called Cape Cod Baby. The fabrics were Lily & Will II by Bunny Hill Designs for Moda. Thanks for looking.

That is cute as well as sophisticate. Looks like a quilt you would find in a high end baby boutique.
    Very nice
