Quilt that paid our Guilds rent for a year....

Our guild has an agreement with their landlords to make a them a king sized quilt each year for rent payment. This is the one that our 'Bee' made when it was our turn (on a strictly volunteer basis). There really isn't any yellow in it...it's a pale green. Thought you might enjoy seeing it. Thanks for looking.

Wonderful quilt, and an awesome agreement with your landlords! I don't know who is getting the better deal.

Oh my, it's beautiful. What a wonderful way to share your talent and be rewarded for it as well. Sounds like a great trade off.

Beautiful quilt! I love the barter system & think more people should take advantage of it. My DD is a massage therapist & Chiropractor & does a lot of bartering in her practice. She even has an eye doctor who is a client & has bartered with him....free massages for free eye exams. The landlords should be very happy the quilt that your Bee made for them this year.

It really glows! Like looking into a night sky and seeing sparkly stars.
A fabric stash is always missing that one fabric needed to finish the quilt on which you're working.

It really isn't a unique pattern...it's just a stack 'n whack set together with a courthouse step block
