    Can anyone tell me the name of this quilt it is made out hexagons like grandmothers flower garden. I bought the quilt top and finished the quilt and would love to make another one but I would like to find the pattern, Thanks Loise Shaddox

    I believe it is called Grandmothers Flower Basket :D:D:D

    Amma, take a closer look--I think they are squares not hexagons-- I think it would be easy to figure out the blocks. Anne

    I think that is just a rough pattern, but she is looking for hexagons :wink:

    I think the squares are just what she used to draw the pattern, but the actual quilt uses hexagons, from what she said in the beginning. It looks like Grandmother's Flower Basket, with a variation of the GFG design on the side.

    I believe the squares are just a drawing of the quilt layout, not the quilt itself. It's easier to draw squares than hexagons and the OP did say it was made out of hexs.

    It looks like her photo is of graph paper with the squares colored like the quilt, NOT the actual quilt.
