I would think the pattern would be just a graph, much like the picture you posted, so except for figureing out the hex size, your graph should work just fine. It is very pretty. Good luck finding the pattern, or using your graph if you don't find it. I have seen very similer quilts, but not a pattern. Hope you find it.

I was going through my books and patterns looking for a pattern and I came across one that may be similar to the one you are looking for. I don't think it is exactly it.

If interested in it, please let me know. Maybe we can make a deal.

I see that you bought the quilt top. Did you realize that the hexagons are usually made individually by hand using the English paper piecing technique, and then they are sewn together by hand. Because of this, you may not be able to find a "pattern" more detailed than the drawing you already have, but there are many sites that give instructions for doing EPP. It is a very portable type of handwork, and this is one of the prettiest EPP designs I have seen. (And no, I haven't done any EPP, but it is on my list of things to try... someday.)

I believe it is from a book called "Cross Stitch" Quilts by Eleanor Burns. And, yes, they are little squares, not hexagons. I have used this book and converted it to hexagons and it worked beautifully. Have fun -- either way you go.
