I wasn't sure this worked and I didn't get to add a comment for each pictures. #1 was a block exchange within our guild. When it was your turn to get blocks, you hosted an afternoon get together. It was really fun and we had a couple new comers who said it really made them feel welcome and they got to know us better.

#2 This is a sofa topper that I made for my daughter.

#3 I am not showing off my house but this is a good pic of the wall hanging (sort of my pride and joy). I had never done applique, machine quilting, flying geese. I just held my breath through each step for fear I would wreck it. I will never do anything this difficult again, but I love it.

I got this sofa from the original owner. It is a 1936 victoriana. Those are puff pillows all across the back and around the arms. Trimmed in oak and has large round feet. I also have the matching chair. I had it recovered in 1970 in the popular green crushed velvet. It weighs about 400 lbs.
