the toothfairy gave him $5!!!! Way too expensive for me, but then again I'm not the toothfairy in our family!

You will love your quilt retreat! it is a wonderful time - I love to eat, sleep and work on my quilts all week - of course I have to wash all my clothes when I get home because they are covered in thread, but that's the beauty of it!!

Have a great time and be sure to post pictures!

What more can be said for your toothless "creation?" He's darling and I'll bet it was a wonderful "cherry on top of the sundae" coming home from the retreat to your nice family. I also love all the quilts you guys made. I'm too old to be pregnant (thank goodness!" ...have 6 already) but wouldn't mind being on the "maturnity end" of the recipient list for any one of these quilts. Good job! Thanks for sharing.

I'm planning a retreat...my very first and don't know what I'm doing. I've posted a request for ideas on the "MAIN" thread of the board . If you have some "pearls of wisdom" I'd sure like to hear them. Thank you.

the pattern is from American Patchwork and Quilting magazine from 2005 - I sat on it for a LONG time before I did it!
