Those were so nice - I love the idea of the Finish Me wall hanging!

I loved all the quilts, and there were a few quilt shops that I visit often, so i got to say hello to them. They always see my hubby first. Camo hat, camo shirt, and tan shorts. He always treats the voting on your favorite quilts like a test. The big stinker only told me a couple he voted for. lol

I think this will be a yearly show for us. AND I didn't even buy anything! I was so proud of myself since we will be going to Des Moines this week.
I got there just at noon. I think I saw your hubby! Sorry, I didn't notice who was with him! I only bought one yard of fabric as I'm going on the shop hop on Oct. 8 (Springfield/Bloomington/Peoria area). I don't need much right now, so if I want to spend in two weeks I need to pace myself.

What an unbelievable amount of work that was - and it shows.
I wish I had made this but I didn't...it was titled "My Stained Glass Garden." The quilter had quite a story about how she started it years ago while living in Florida and it got lost when she moved to Illinois. Earlier this year it turned up in a box and she finally finished.

I hope it was me with him, LOL. I'm thinking about doing some of the hop, too. I work with the husband who owns Clothesline in Avon. Really nice people, but aren't most of them in this area? :)
