Really, really bright! He'll love it. I love scrappy. I saw this same pattern advertized in a catalog & think I could do it too without buying the pattern. Have to save every penny these days, huh?!!

it's beautiful. you did a wonderful job. It's a great feeling to have it come out like it's supposed to. Your grandson will certainly love it, I'm sure.

That is a beautiful quilt. I made my nephew a QOV with the friendship stars and each star was signed by friends and family. He was shot at Fort Hood a year ago.
