Don't you just love it when someone really appreciates your work and kindness?!! I made two crib quilts for twin baby girls for Christmas and never even a thank you from the mom, although the grandmother did share the mother's comments about them with me. I still think a phone call would have been nice. Glad your recipient took the time to write you such a nice thank you note!

What a wonderful thing for you to do. The quilt and the quilt are beautiful.

Cute quilt but you have obviously made a change in this child's life & he will remember it for life !! How kind of you to do this & his thank you is "the best". Thank you for doing this - not just for the quilt but for the difference you have made for him.

Both sweethearts..the maker and receiver! Question for you. I am a new fmq'er. When you did the squares and stars did you start and stop after every little square? Do you bury your threads? Thanks for any tips..
The quilt is fun and looks fantastic.

What a great young man. The quilt is fantastic but the thank you note is amazing. I know what you mean about not getting a thank you for quilts made for family members. It hurts but this note makes up for the ones you didn't receive.

Like your quilt, but your Thank You note is just "priceless" definitely tells you just how much your quilt and all of your effort is appreciated.
