A quilt top from jennr8r
#11
Cathy did this incredible piece of quilting artwork in a WEEK!!! The first time I sent a small wallhanging to a long-arm quilter was in November 2010 (that's not a typo, it was 14 months ago!). A different long-arm quilter has has another quilt of mine for 7 months. I still haven't gotten them back.
When I saw another quilt that Cathy did on this Board, I knew I wanted her to do this one for me. Sending this quilt to her was the smartest thing I have ever done. I am so blessed. Thank you Quilting Board and THANK YOU CATHY!!!

Both you all did a GREAT job, Signature thread is one of my favorite threads. 7 months is way to long to turn around a quilted quilt much less 14 months. You should always ask what our turn around time will be for your quilt. I tell everyone just where they fall in line and how long it will take to get your quilt back. I prefer no one ships the quilt until 2 to 1 week before their place in line is comong up and I contact them at that time. If they have found someone to do it faster than I can then I ask them to call or email me so I can remove them from my list and move someone else up.
