    This one is a combination of the stacked octagon and a scrappy nine patch. Much like Call of the Wild, but just using a nine patch instead of a log cabin as the alternate block.

    Thanks! I'm always looking for ways to set the stacked blocks, since I like making them so much.

    Another winner - I have this fabric, would never have thought of something like this.

    Your inspiration makes me think I need to begin cutting all my extras and scraps into designated sizes so they will be ready for scrappy quilt-making.
