Default OBW fabric. How did I do?

My quilting experience is very limited. But, I know what I love when I see it. Therefore, when I saw all the OBW's in the archives, I knew I had to try one. I felt so strongly about it that the day after I looked at them all, I went out to find fabric to try it on. Now...I don't have an unlimited pocketbook, so, I had to find something inexpensive to practice on. I finally found this fabric at Joanne's on the clearance rack and scored 5 yards for a mere $15. This made the process a lot less painful!
Here is the fabric:

And here are some of the blocks so far:

What do you all think? I can take all the honesty you have. Promise!!

Your fabric choice is lovely and you did a great job matching the patterens in each one.

Thanks for all the feedback! I'm feeling better about the process knowing I didn't just make this fabric work because I want it to!
The tutorial in the archives done by Cutebuns (THANK YOU, CUTEBUNS!! <WAVE>) really makes this intimidating process very doable. I am absolutely a novice, but, she explains this so thoroughly that even I can do it!!
I hope to finish cutting today and auditioning blocks.
More photos as I go along!!
