I found this quilt as you go project on youtube from Missouri Quilting Company by Jenny Doan. It looked so easy and I've been wanting a black and white and red quilt for awhile, so of course, I just had to try it. LOVE THIS PATTERN. I think it only took me about 8 hours, including fixing a couple of boo-boos.

LOVE your quilt colors. I made a baby quilt for my grand daughter, 16 1/2 years ago, using primary colors. Love how fast it went.

Love the colors and patterns. Doesn't it feel good to finish a quilt so quickly and be done when you get it sewed together, no quilting.

It really is a quilting high to finish one so quickly. Makes me want to do another. LOL

Your QAYG turned out really nice. Jenny is a great instructor...I so enjoy watching her videos.

You did a beautiful job. I tried a QAYG runner and kept making my seams crooked.

I know what you mean. I discovered it's really important to keep the strips cut straight and the seams straight. I had to rip out about 8 strips to correct my boo-boo.

Nice, it must be fun to complete a quilt in less than a day, great work
