I will have to borrow this idea and use some of my scraps , and make a really big one ( see avatar) to use as my dogs bed. This time of year the floor is just a bit too cold.

Great idea. I've been thinking of doing bath mats. I saw it somewhere else and thought it was a great idea. The problem is I there are more great ideas then there is time to make everything.

What a great idea!!!! It can be picked up and draped over the edge of the tub to dry and will still look decorative. Now i have something else to add to that list of to-do's

Be very careful with a bath mat that doesn't have a rubber backing. I had one slip out from under me getting out of the shower and wound up on IV anitbotics for a month and almost lost my foot. I had a gash from above my ankle down to my toes where my leg caught on the shower sill. I got rid of every bath mat I had without a rubber backing.
