Thanks for the ideas. I will look for Christmas charm packs in the after Christmas sales and work coasters during the cold Jan. and Feb. days. I did think about making tote for this year but didn't get started early enough. Also love the idea of pillows.

I would love pot holders. I never have enough of them, I make them in different shapes like leaves or pie shapes.

I like your runner!

I also like the idea of the tote bag and stitch/fold wreath. If those aren't hitting your fancy bone, what about a quilted casserole carrier? I've made them for 9x13 pans, so they are fairly easy to make (pillowcase style). You could do some in country scrappies, or glitzy material for your "fancy" friend
