I use the B&W composition books for my daily journal. Never thought to make a cover for the book. Thank you for quilting before adding the embroidery design and adding your name to the background.

I just spoke with a lady tonight that I gave a journal to, in 2017.She has told me before, how much she has enjoyed writing in her journal. She said she has almost completed her 'book' and will replace it with another soon. I love this lady and I know she cares for me. I wanted her to leave her family something of herself when she is gone. At that time she was diagnosed with cancer, but she must have more work to do here, as the Lord has not called her home. Although hers was not quilted, because it was one of the first I made, I wanted to show you the difference. She loves it but I much rather the quilted ones, don't you?

I TRY to remember to sign my work, but don't always succeed. I don't want it to jump at you but I do like it to be there. I had made some crossbody bags (I may show these later but the pics all have to be re-sized for here)anyway, the bags were a style similar to Vera Bradley. Our librarian was the one suggested I needed to 'label/sign' my work. I must have made 10 or more and sold them all but one. Thank you for noticing.
