I just bought a used Janome 10000 for this exact purpose. Your quilt is lovely.

How do you do it on an embroidery machine I'm wanting to make a baby quilt on mine but not sure where to start? Do you put all three layers together? Do you quilt as you go?
Sew, sew, it's the threads that keep love together :>} I love sunbonnet sue,old-fashioned things like 1950's or older housewife things, and like hankies, tea towels and aprons . Thanks to some lovely members on here I now have lots of aprons in my collection !!

I would like to use my large embroidery machine as I have never tried. Could you direct me on how you go about starting a quilt?

    Lovely quilt!
A dog is not "almost human" and I know of no greater insult to the canine race than to describe it as such.

Your quilt is beautiful! I too have an embroidery machine but am afraid to try quilting on it! Did you use a "quilt as you go" pattern? If not, how did you get that very large quilt positioned on the machine?!

The quilt is just lovely. I am an embroiderer, and can really appreciate how work intensive your project was. Very nice!

WOW! that is so pretty. Up close photos would be so wonderful if you could post some. I have an embroidery machine too, so this might be an option I could learn to do. Thanks for sharing.

Really lovely. How long did it take to embroider all those and what kind of thread did you use?

If I hold down the command key and then press the + key my screen words and pics will get larger. I used that to see the quilting on this one.

Oh, my gosh, that's gorgeous! Hope it brings lots of money for your cause. I, too have an embroidery module for my Bernina, but haven't tried anything yet...still enjoying being able to make a perfect 1/4 inch(at least it's perfect in my eyes!). Yours gives me hope!!
