Default Quilted on my embroidery machine

I quilted this using the edge to edge method on my embroidery machine. First attempt, and I was real pleased with the results. Used a magnetic hoop.

It is lap size. I think it ended up about 60 x 80. it was a good size to do as a first attempt on my embroidery machine....not too big.

Very pretty quilt. The floral panels look very nice in the setting your made. I really like the binding as it adds just a bit of zing. I am curious about quilting in the embroidery hoop. Does it take a lot of manipulation to change the quilt in the hoop area? Is the quilting design like a pantograph since you quilt from side to side?

Check with the quilt shops...esp the machine dealers...they are teaching Edge to Edge machine embroidery technique.
    I need to learn myself.

Great job on your Sidelights! Great pattern...a fav!
