    Default Quilted Potato Bag

I follow Lori Kennedy's blog on the Inbox Jaunt. http://theinboxjaunt.com/ Lori does a lot of stitching on solid material with contrasting thread and creates beatiful designs. I gave it a go with this texture study. I realized I had used the fabric sandwich (from a few years ago) meant for a microwave potato bag. Thus, a potato bag it became. Sorry the detail pics aren't better. I gave the bag away yesterday and cannot get more pics of it. Disregard my pink chalk lines. LOL.

I have heard of the potato bag, but haven't done anything with it. I still have a micro bowl holder half finished, Don't know why I don't just finish it... maybe today, as I just finished peiceing a quilt yesterday. I worked until I finished it . The pattern is Dove in the window. Very similar to Hunter's Star. I have both tops pieced but need to get them sandwiched & Quilted. These are for Grandchilderns wedding gifts...1st one this coming Aug. So maybe you gave me the go - to...today
