    Another good thing to use for gift wrapping is reusable shopping bags. I think there are patterns available if you want more than a basic rectangle with handles.

    Great idea. I made pillowcases and gave pj's to all the nieces and nephews last Christmas, what a lot of paper I would have saved, if I had this idea then....

    The Fancy Nancy fabric came from a quilt shop in Saline Michigan I think the shop is called Quilting Season

    I've done something similar to that, for baby showers I buy a inexpensive blanket and use it as my wrapping paper, using safety pins instead of scotch tape to wrap the gift. (I don't make quilts for everyone.) Of course if I made a quilt I would not use an inexpensive blanket to wrap it in.
