It does say copyright so I would limit how far I share it.
The fact that you could access it to download it implies it is OK, but I would be cautious.
I work with copyright at my job and I am always ready to err on the more conservative side.

Thanks a lot for this. It is very neat. I have something similar that i got from one of the magazines but i love the fat quarter section in this one.
