    Sounds like the clerk may have been new and not known what he_she was talking about. Thank goodness they finally arrived! I think I would have progressed from nervousness to biting my fingernails to gnawing on my fist if this happened to me. Nice work and so glad they turned up again!

    The PO is very tricky about insuring items like this, they want receipts to prove value of fabrics etc, or an appraisal. Even if you can insure, it is hard to get payment without 'proof' of value.
