    Yes, they are. It's funny though, because you iron on the fusible stuff, cut it out, flip over the cut-out, and oops! the fusible stuff is on the TOP!! So then you repeat the whole process, ironing the fusible to the OTHER side of the fabric, (or reversing the template, depending on your fabric) And VOILA! You have enough for TWO quilts!
