That is just precious, i can understand why you would want to keep it, but some lucky child will love it....if someone hasn't askedalready, what fabric line is this?

Fabric was from an over run of a "print to order" print. A lady in our guild has a daughter that work with the company and when they over print some prints they give it away for charity quilts. This was all there was. (I had just enough for the backing to be the same dark zig zag.) I wish I had more cause I would make me one for sure!

Very cute quilt. How nice of you to give something you want to another person; the true gift of giving from the heart.

Unhappy Red Bird has flown... He got donated last night.

I got "Red Bird" donated last night. I really cried. Some agreed if I loved it so, I could keep it but others reminded me that If I loved it so, how much a child will grow to love it. And with a child in mind was why I made it anyway. Thanks for peeking and the words of encouragement.
