Yes. I bought the flower panel in my LQS. It also had the matching fabric for the border. The fish one was originally a kit. It was the end of the product line so I was only able to get most of the fabrics and had to substitute 3-4 other fabrics. I couldn't decide how to quilt the panels so I ended up outlining each object on the panels. After that I don't think I'll ever do another panel.
