Jacquie! I love your quilt. Great pattern. I am such a fan of "pinwheels" and this quilt really shows them off. I sometimes think that ALL pinwheels doesn't show them as your quilt does. Can't wait to see the finished quilt. Yolanda Wood River

well, my partner wants something traditional 30's...I LOVE 30's and SBS really is about friendship, sooo...there you have it!

That is going to be a beautiful quilt. I am getting my fabric ready to make one (umbrella sbs) for my gd at Great Lakes, Il. Would like to see pictures as you progress. Thanks for sharing.

Promises to be adorable! I'm curious about the illusion with the pinwheels. Is it just an illusion or are you actually changing the triangles?

How adorable Jacquie! Your proposed layout looks wonderful too! The pattern, paired with those fabrics and colors have such old fashioned charm. Love it!
