As an accountant who has used miles and miles of adding machine tape for other, more boring uses, I can't wait to try this. Thanks for the inspiration.

I used this technique to do the border for the doll quilt I made for the March Doll Quilt swap. A picture was posted today. It was great -- didn't use much fabric, got rid of small scraps, and went quickly. Will definitely do it again.
