    How totally adorable! I love the striped borders, and it sets off the blocks really nice. The totes are a great idea. Thanks for sharing.

    You are a striped fabric fan too. It does so much to make a simple quilt look complicated. Your quilts look great. Love the stripes on the bags too

    Actually this is the first time I used stripes. That was the way it was shown in the pattern. Notice I ran them so that I didn't have to worry about them being cut perfectly straight. Since I am anal about a lot of things, not having them cut/sewn exactly right would drive me nuts. Same reason I don't use any type of checks.
