    Default Radiant Suns

I just finished this one. It is the first time I have used multiple curved pieces in a block - each block has 5 pieces. When I quilted it I did a different quilting pattern in each of the five pieces of the blocks...and did a different pattern in one of the pieces of the orange blocks...the purple and green blocks are quilted exactly the same. It took me an hour to quilt each block and there are 48 9" blocks. I matched the thread color to the fabric, so each block had two colors of thread used in the quilting.

It was exciting to see between the curved piecing and the wonderful quilting.

That is a work of art. Love the color combination and the quilting. Looks very hard to do and it took a long time too. But well worth the time and effort. Outstanding.
