Thanks, Barnbum. They are ADORABLE. I read an article that said some people have minis as house pets and put boots on their hooves when they are inside. It was very interesting. Thanks for the invitation. I may take you up on that in the spring. Do you raise minis to sell?

Hi Minda--I do raise them to sell--but I've only sold one so far. There are others for sale. Although I change my mind daily on who I'd let go. I have 6 now--and that is manageable (most days!) so I'm in no hurry. I never want to have less than 4. :-) But hopefully there will be 1-2 foals every year for sale. I'm not sure if a mare is pregnant for 2008. There are reasons I have the 2 yr old fillies for sale--but if they don't sell--that's okay. I'd buy another if they go. My 7 month old has a buyer, but I'm just not ready to sell her. She's my stallion's first and I just love this horse. It's fun to be able to make decisions as I please. I look for perfect home--and until they come along--my horses will stay right here where they are spoiled royally. :D

How cute your minis are! There was a farm across the street from my brother that raised them. They would follow me around like a dog, nudging my leg waiting for the treat that they new was in my pocket  I really enjoyed watching them and the pigmy goats playing together :D

That is beautiful. Bet you had sore hands cutting all those fringes. Guess they have special scizzors for that. My daughter made one for me out of cream and gold colors. I just love it. It was the first fringed quilt I'd ever seen.

My friend has mini's. She has the little carriage and this year she rode in the National Western Stock Show in Denver this year. It was pretty cool.

The vet told her to bring one in one day and she is so funny. In the back is where they usually take the horses. She went right in the front doors with her mini. What a hoot!!

Your quilts are very pretty, look warm & cuddly! You're so kind to give quilts to those suffering a lose or other tragic events. I am sure the recipients loved them. Keep up the good work.
