I do stuff with colored pencil on my quilts quite often, have not ventured into paints yet, but I am VERY please with what I have been able to do with the pencils.

Brittany's Stars design seems like it will look great as a quilt. That iris quilt is beautiful....I like the look of the painted irises.

Thanks Ranger..I was thinking in bed...maybe I should play up more of the green in the stars. See first photo..I am not sure which value to put on the top of the bar/log...see second photo
