Well, I finally finished this crib quilt.....been working on it off and on for some time now.....it is for my nephew's baby born January 28 this year! Isabelle June will now be surrounded with very bright pinks, purples and lime greens!!! LOL I fussy cut the shapes from a fabric I got in a swap and machine appliqued them to the pink and purple squares....then I did a simple 9 patch for the opposite side....made the quilt reversible....stitched in the ditch on the applique side and tied on the 9 patch side!

both sides

Gorgeous! Isabelle June will most certainly be an artiste with such lovely images around her! You must teach her to quilt. She's going to have an eye for it!
