Well, not so recent as these have been finished in the last few months. a bad summer here in the U.k. didn't distract us from quilting! It's taken me almost as long to get around to posting.

Hope the pictures will show up now.

A mystery quilt in a day I ran for my group. Great fun and nuch easier than it might look. They only got to see mine about 3/4 of the way rhrough the day. The variety of different results made it all worthwhile..

Two more I hope will show up!

A gift of leftover aboriginal prints from a friend. Too lovely to cut up small. I did post a picture some months ago and you all gave me advice about quilting it. Thanks.

A "Print to Patchwork" challenge by my group. My print was a photo taken at Boulders Beach near Cape Town where hundreds of penguins live freely in the sand dunes.

I like diagonal lines on a quilt so set these braid strips that way. just for a change .

Your quilts are wonderful. I'm a big fan of scrap quilts and your scrappies are especially attractive. Very clever use of scraps.

Just gorgeous. I loved the penguins and especially the aboriginal quilt. I have some fabrics that I did not know what to do with, and this gives me ideas. So glad for this board and all the wonderful creative folks on it. You did good!
