My FAVORITE color combination! This is wonderful. I love the pattern as well. I have to bookmark this one. How many different fabrics did you use? Looks like a wide variety.

Good job!

Leslie, I'm not sure how many fabrics. Probably around 30. I bought all fabrics on sale. I collected for about 4 months. If you go to the second photo and press command + it will make the image bigger and give you a better idea of the different fabrics. The black and white cat border is a 20" strip of wide backing. Got it for about $4. The other fabric I bought 1 1/2 yard of the red with white polkadots. The rest were all 1/4 yard, cut into 2 1/2" strips. I still have 2 1/2" x 6" strips left over but I'm sure I'll find a use for them eventually.

My youngest grandson, 2 1/2 would LOVE the back of the quilt. It's very pretty on the front. Wish I were at the beach!

Black & white & red all over! I love! And you didn't "monkey around" with the backing, did you? LOL! Super cute!
