    red & white quilts

The gal who heads up our charity quilts was given a bunch of red & white fabric. She handed it to me and asked if I could come up with something to use them up. Here are the results.

I love red and white. These are just great. I remember that NYC had a quilt exhibit of all red and white quilts. I saw pictures and would have loved to see it in person. I am just finishing up the binding on a red and white quilt I made for my daughter. As soon as it is finished I will post it as well.

Nicely done! I love Red and White quilts! Even more since seeing the Infinite Variety show in NYC last year and meeting Mr. and Mrs. Rose at our guild. What a wonderful way to share her love of collecting quilts! Luann in CT

Those are fabulous! I especially like the first one.
People who start projects and never finish them are cooler
than people who never start projects at all.

The red prints are bright and clear. I appreciate the way in which you placed the prints and solids to show the fabric to the best advantage.

I, too, fell in love with red and white quilts from the Infinite Variety Show a year ago in NYC. There was to be a book published. That will be another source of inspiration. :-) Thanks for inspiring us with your wonderful work!

You did a super job using the fabrics. I especially love red and white. There's just something about those colors together that sings happy! Great job!
