I did one for my DH best friend who never married. His dog Sabastian ("Sabby") was his child. It gives you comfort when sewing this one together. This gives you a wonderful treasure to celebrate your wonderful dogs life. Good job.

Aw that's so sweet! Love how your wavy lines made each look like a picture frame and the lettering for his name is perfect. Great job!

Your quilt is a touching tribute to an animal that brought you happiness without the drama that comes sometimes in our human relationships. We have had dogs in the past that brought us a lot of happiness and parting with them was hard. I know your quilt will bring you comfort as you think of your pet.

What a wonderful memory you have made. I have a grand dog that looks just like him. Her name is Nala.

Beautiful tribute. I have always wanted to do a portrait quilt of our deceased Goldens. We have two young ones now that are just as special. What kind of printer did you use and did you use Printed Treasures? Your photos came out so clear and crisp. I hate our current printer and have heard an Epson ink jet are the better choice. Your opinion please.

I can't barely look at the picture of my Missy who passed last October. So sorry for your loss.

Thank you again everyone for the kind words. It really helped my sadness by working on the quilt. Yes I used Printed Treasures. We have an HP 3-in1 inkjet printer, an older one. I used Photoshop to enhance and/or crop the photos first. And I put new ink in the printer too.
