Love your quit! I’m hoping to make one soon and have the pattern by guilty quilterand have been dithering about how to resize to king size! Would you be willing to share your new cutting measurements and fabric requirements? I sure would appreciate it!

Your pattern is much nicer than the ones with fewer blocks. As another king-size bed owner, I would also find myself drafting to resize. It seems to me that you have an original pattern there and could probably make some money sharing it with those of us who would love to replicate your idea.

I was very surprised to see this thread pop up again. I appreciate all your comments. I am sorry, I am not going to 'share' or 'sell' my resized pattern because of possible copyright issues.

However, if you really want to make the resized version, I will share the process I went through, (as you may have already read, if you went thru all the comments) If you look at the block, it is made up of 5 strips/sections (very similar to a 25 patch) plus sashing. The original pattern's strips are 3 inches wide, making a 22.5 inch block. My resized strips are 2.5 inches wide. making a 17.5 inch block. I also reduced the width of the sashing (wall tops) by .25 inches. Get out your graph paper or EQ whatever and do the math. Honestly, if I could do it 7 years ago, you can do it too! Happy quilting!
