Hi Sharon! Thank you for your kind words. I made up a "pattern." There were six birds that came in one panel. You can see where I placed them on the quilt top. Then, I just cut strips 2 1/2" wide for the sashing. The 'opposing' blocks are made up of one large rectangle (8 1/4" x 12"); one smaller rectangle (6 1/4" x 4 1/4") and a square (4 1/4" x 4 1/4").

I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS QUILT :!: :!: Is it a kit or did you choose from coordinating fabrics in the same line?

Thanks so much! I just chose coordinating fabrics from the same line. The line came out sometime in February / March. I bet your LQS will still have some bolts of this fabric. It had quickly sold at our LQS. I was fortunate to grab some before it disappeared.

Thanks Ethel. I'll have to check my LQS today. I found some online but unless it's HUGELY discounted, I prefer to support my LQS if they have it.

Good for you!! I'm the same way! I love the friendships and relationships I've developed with the ladies that work at my LQS. I can't imagine not supporting them, whenever possible. It's already hard enough for LQS' to stay open when the economy is good. Imagine how much they're struggling, right now.
