Default Reversible Christmas placemats

I finally got around to doing something for Christmas. These were pretty simple, and I got to try quilting them with a serpentine stitch pattern that I'd learned about from the Janome web site.

Very cute! They look like woven Christmas ribbons.

cat-on-a-mac, colorful and fun placemats. Can you please tell me about the Janome website that spoke of the serpentine stitch? I have a 6600 and can't seem to get a serpentine stitch large enough for my purposes. Thanks.

Found it again, and it is actually a file on the 7700/8900 Yahoo User Group. I don't know if it would apply to the 6600 or not. Here's a link to the group ... I think you'd have to join:

very nice job -- love the basket weave look, and having the two sides so different really gives two looks!
