I would probably quilt a swirl (like a cinnabon) on the center of each star, and also on the pale blue. I'd quilt a ribbon curl on the points of the stars. I'd either do a bunch of straight diagonal lines on the dark blue to accentuate the area but really quilt them down. And dense quilting on the dark blue will make the stars pop up. I'd do C curls on the inner blue borders, stitch in the ditch on the middle border, and I'd quilt beadboard or piano keys on the outer border.

I like to use blues and yellows together. Love your quilt and the pattern you chose.

No help with quilting suggestions but love your quilt. I'm fond of the blue/yellow combinations.
