Default Richard Scary quilt and pillow cases

My daughter asked me to make pillow cases for my DGD's favorite pillows. I've never made pillow cases. Went online and found a wonderful You Tube step-by-step instruction. Awesome! DGD LOVES the Richard Scary books about all the vehicles so when I found this fabric I had to make her a lovey quilt to go with her book. She's 2 years old and loves her books!

That is just darling!! What a wonderful keepsake for her. Don't you just love Richard Scarry's characters? My kids, and now my grandkids, are just enchanted by his illustrations and books. I haven't seen the fabric around here. Did you have a special source for it? Bet you had fun making it for her, too!

I bought the fabric a couple of years ago for a friend who is a teacher when she had her first baby. I bought enough for future projects as these books are classics. I was very excited when my DGD liked the book. Selvage says RSC for VIP Exclusive. Sorry about misspelling Scarry. I didn't think that looked right.

Found the A-Z panel here. Not sure about the complimentary fabrics.

Awesome! Gave my grandson a Richard Scarry book for Christmas - wish I'd known there was matching fabric!
