Default Ruler Work Class

A friend and I took a ruler work class at one of the LQSs near us. It was all day with the drive and all... very tiring overall. There were a lot of students and the lady next to me didn't even know how to thread her machine! LOL I've done some ruler work but my friend has never had the time to sit and practice with hers. Hers turned out much better than mine The same teacher came to our guild meeting this morning for a demo. We were able to share our stitch outs with the other guild members as the teacher demoed each ruler. There are so many possible quilting patterns with each ruler and combos of rulers... just get creative.

Those are fantastic! Sounds like the class was really worth the going to. What different rulers did you use to get the different effects?

Nicely done! One of my favourite rulers is the spin one by westalee.

Just went to a Westalee class at my LQS last week. It was great! I have "homework" to do before next week, but what fun!

That's so cool! I would love to take a class. I have a ruler and the feet for 2 of my machines.
