hi sewnsewer! I really like these fabrics. I recently bought some 1/4 yard pieces for a noah's ark quilt, but was limited. next time i go to joann's I will look for some more animal prints. these are great. how old is your grandson? it's great for any age. I have four granddaughters, but I am sure we are not finished so you never know.
I watch movies with gbabies. saw madagascar. have you named this yet? that sounds like a mouthful if he is small, lol. :-)

Thanks. I'm going to call it safari quilt. My grandson is 4, but I think he'll have fun pointing out what skin goes with what animal.

The fabrics were already cut into 10 X 10 and I strip cut them. I used a pattern called zig zag square deal I got at my LQS.
