This quilt was from blocks that I and other quilters made as part of a swap. The only directions were 6 inch blocks related to St. Patrick's Day. I finally got my quilt assembled and hung for the upcoming holiday.

No, I am afraid I don't know of any pattern. I did the Irish cup of tea with the tea bag string (pp), the pieced shamrock in various greens and the hand appliqued shamrock on the bottom row. I do have the patterns for them. The remaining blocks were either machine or hand appliqued by other swappers. It was a fun swap.

Mine are, also, smiling, especially since my mother's birthday was St. Patrick's Day.

My great-grandmother was Irish and quite a few greats were Scots, but I wouldn't have to have that background to love it. It's great! Wish there was a pattern. I'd love to make one like it!!
