Sample Blocks from the 365 Challenge, an Australian quilt project
#1

Here are a sample of the quilt blocks for January and February 2016. Each block is a 3 x 3 inch, (if you play by the rules) but I make mine larger when they seem too intricate.
PHOTO: I am also saving one 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 inch square of each of my fabrics, not sure how they will be used in the finished quilt.
PHOTO: LOVE n Kisses Block, Heart, Chevron and Tea Leaf.

Note: This 365 Challenge has a Facebook page and a website (www.365challenge.com.au) and is open to anyone. There are some 12,000 + quilters involved. A weekly giveaway of fabric bundles are provided by sponsors. AND there are many languages: DUTCH, ITALIAN, as well as a site from BRITAIN. Prizes are awarded by random selection EACH WEEK. All patterns are free. Ladies, whether you are a beginner or an experienced quilt maker, this is FUN. To see a Birthday block, here is a link to this BONUS, which can be made as a 3 inch or 6 inch block, http://www.365challenge.com.au/2015/...appy-birthday/
